1. Acceptance & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to use MajelisNote. By accessing the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use services for illegal activities, distributing malware, or violating intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these policies.

4. Payment & Billing

Services are billed based on usage (pay-as-you-go). Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Refunds are generally not provided for consumed services.

5. User Content & IP

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

MajelisNote is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved in Indonesian courts.
